CHANGE OF NAME AND RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS



London Asia Capital PLC announced on 9 December 2002 that a resolution to change
its name from netvest.com plc had been passed. A certificate of change of name
was issued by the Registrar of Companies on 10 December 2002, so that the name
of the company is now as shown above



It was also announced on 9 December 2002 that Andrew Balcombe and Peter Catto
had resigned as directors. In connection with his resignation Mr Balcombe is
being paid a sum of #7500, comprising shares in another company at a value of
#1000 and 150,000 new ordinary shares of 5p each at par. Mr Catto is being paid
a sum of #2917 plus vat of #510, a total of #3427, comprising cash of #1500 and
38541 new ordinary shares of 5p each at par.



Application will be made for the new ordinary shares being issued to be admitted
to trading on AIM.
