                              Director Disclosure

Esplanade Investors Ltd ("Esplanade") has exercised 51,333 warrants attached to
Convertible Loan Notes issued in May 2003, which convert into 1,026,660 ordinary
shares in the Company, representing 0.45% of the shares in issue, at an exercise
price of 5p per share. Following the exercise of the warrants, Esplanade no
longer has a holding of warrants in the Company.

Following the exercise noted above, there remain 194,250 warrants outstanding
related to the convertible loan note financing undertaken in 2003, convertible
into 3,885,000 ordinary shares at an exercise price of 5p per share. The
warrants expire on 15 March 2008.

Application will be made to admit the 1,026,660 new ordinary shares to trading
on AIM and admission is expected on 25 September 2006. The total number of
issued ordinary shares in the Company following the issue will be 226,621,922.

Further to the announcement on 16 August 2006 regarding the appointment of
Robert John Spriddell to the Board, the following information falls to be
disclosed pursuant to the AIM Rules:
