                  Additional Listing and Director Shareholding

Following the exercise of warrants attached to the Convertible Loan Notes issued
in 2003 by non executive director Mr George Allnutt and associated companies on
6 July 2005, 1,300,000 ordinary 5p shares have been issued at a share price of
5p per share, resulting in net proceeds to the Company of #65,000. The shares
issued were sold on 6 July 2005 at 15p per share to meet unsatisfied demand from
the recent placing undertaken by the Company. Following the transactions, Mr
Allnutt's personal holding remains unchanged at 758,920 ordinary shares,
representing 0.35% of the issued share capital.

Application will be made to admit the new ordinary shares to trading on AIM and
admission is expected on 12 July 2005. Following the exercise, there are
216,286,154 ordinary shares in issue, and 321,917 warrants outstanding equal to
6,438,340 ordinary shares.
