CORNHILL GROUP NOW REPRESENTS 25.19% OF LOCHARD ENERGY

Further to the RNS announcement on 3rd June 2013 that Cornhill Capital is representing shareholders totalling 71,918,945 (24.06%) who intend to vote 'no' to the offer of 0.385 Parkmead Group (PMG) shares for 1 Lochard Energy (LHD) share.

Cornhill has now received additional unsolicited indications to vote 'no' to the offer representing 3,380,508 shares (1.13%). Of this additional 1.13%, eleven are new letters of intent, none of whom account for more than 0.3% of the Company.

250,000 shares are attributable to Barby RJ & Associated Parties (Roger Barby) who has increased his holding to 27,626,128 (9.24%).

This brings the total number of indications to reject the deal to 75,299,453 or 25.19% of the vote.
