13/7/2013 14:35 | You are the real deal. | shareho1der
12/7/2013 23:04 | Mm here say bob the builder well Perth is not going to be developed it's not in the time of operations and it's poor quality but as the all knowing fool you will not need to hear that bit. I will be out as soon as possible. | falklands
12/7/2013 07:11 | Yawn Ramping I fought for the deal not to go through the value based on 12 months extra income was 9p more cash than cap as UT , W and Rhu agreed in the past. The only trouble was you spiv traders came in sub thunder ball and basically screwed the company by voting for this. PVR were going to bid after dunquin, one well known private equity firm placed a bid and never heard back higher than this all fact you ring Adam at corn hill both were I believe going to place bids post TC as that bloomberg article hinted. There was also another linked oil firm IMO from the ex board going to make an offer. I learnt a few things though one is from now on I post less and keep the best deals to myself as I did with lloyds and barrett homes. | falklands
12/7/2013 06:23 | Falklands so you keep swerving the question pmsl, what a Tool you are, you come across as the Big Man even gets a mention in an RNS according to you lol, what is your state of mind now? ready for the nut house? i say where are those other bids you lied about? i will never let that drop, you are a LIAR!! someone who can't be trusted, people have ridiculed you on here for ramping other stocks for your own gain, i now know why you are so disliked on these boards, at least i post facts that happen, lol, Yeah i'll build you a wall alright around the Tsunami that is going to drown you now PMG have acquired LHD lol, lol, so how much money have you lost here now then? can you even aford to pay for my services now? lol, trying to get nasty about me is just a diversion, i can feel the anger in your posts, pmsl, lol, lol, lol, lol, catch you latrez, got a lot of work on right now so have to keep the pennies rolling in, Vacation in 12 days for me, lol. | therealdeal5

11/7/2013 20:23 | Falklands who is the mad one me or you? Did you not slate me from day one about PMG taking hold of Lochard? I was right about DEO as well,it seems my source is far better than yours matey, call me what you like I make more money in a day than you do in a month lol, so where are your 3 other bids? Full of tripe as usual I have seen what people call you on various boards mr Billy, of mr Walter Mitty, lol catch you laters welcome to PMG, lmfao. | therealdeal5
11/7/2013 20:16 | Mad to the last farewell bob the builder. | falklands
11/7/2013 19:29 | Falklands where are you fella? Cat got your tongue, I told you it was going to go through but you thought you knew better, my source is never wrong pmsl, well it looks like I have gained even more PMG shares owning Lochard shares, well done guys, lol | therealdeal5
11/7/2013 16:42 | Good luck w yes the three main holders had their agenda all right their own private company negotiations with lochard. Agree Time to move on ....... | falklands
11/7/2013 16:30 | re F, 1954: I don't think other bidders came into it once the opposition lost 53 million shares. Barby, Ross and Gardner were integral to the resistance. If they had voted opposed, the total would have been 21.45% against. LHD Board have been careful to word the farm-in as not a benefit in kind, which could be seen as an increase in the offer to some privileged shareholders. I suppose Barby, Ross and Gardner will argue they feared the uncertainty of a rejection. (Perhaps some other benefit will eventually come to light, but it's game over.) Ut, your info about the last week's date for proxies looks right. I have some issues with TDW and what they told me, wrongly, but not for discussion here. Moving on. | wbodger
11/7/2013 14:55 | Would you adam and eve it. | captain james t kirk
11/7/2013 14:51 | Basically shocked Adam personally told me on Monday it would not go through, believe most voters had enough which I can understand. last min changes by top holders in group due to farm in. Nobody seemed to want to wait for the other three bidders post TC and the risks of what the oil price would be in six months time. The only thing i have learnt with LHD is who is the lower life ex lhd board, lhd board, parkmead or the day traders. Good luck all. | falklands
11/7/2013 14:49 | Bob masters with 30 advfn hate posts the only pathetic one is you. | falklands
11/7/2013 13:58 | Yes. Good luck to all lhd holders. Here's hoping Athena comes good for pmg also! :-) | bomfin
11/7/2013 13:29 | Crispy - Oil - Falklands - LOL !! ......In addition, the Lochard Board has been formally notified that the following Lochard Energy Shareholder, who was also formerly a part of the Cornhill Consortium, has decided to abstain from voting on the resolutions to be proposed at the Court Meeting and the General Meeting: Christopher Williams - 1,000,000 shares (0.3%)...... . | pro_s2009
11/7/2013 12:19 | This should really be 4.75-5 if we are to be in sync with PMG | newswseller
11/7/2013 10:55 | Exactly, bomfin. All these other posters either have issues with Falklands or want PMG to win. The ones with issues don't belong on any Board (grow up), the ones who want PMG to win will now be my uneasy bed-fellows until I can dump my PMG paper. Oh well. Good luck F, you fought the good fight, thanks for that. Wb Edit: bomfin, I'd be interested in how you think this might affect your Trapoil. Succumbing so late implies to me that there may indeed be a cash-call to maintain Athena. | wbodger
11/7/2013 10:48 | I don't think anybody ever posted that there were any other offers of 9p. | utrecht_00
11/7/2013 10:34 | For me I understand it. They have had real Wonga invested here whilst I'm just commentating on this one whilst being invested in Trap. | bomfin
11/7/2013 10:26 | Pro agree with you all talking there own book | nw99
11/7/2013 10:21 | Pathetic those who openly posted about so many other offers coming in and how its 9p a share or more........ | pro_s2009
11/7/2013 10:20 | Yep. Good news. Always on the cards. The consortium was right to try and push for a higher offer but when none forthcoming a tie up with pmg is by far the best option. Pmg to be 16p by September values lhd around 7p. | utrecht_00
11/7/2013 10:18 | Love it all changed there mind | nw99 |
