The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 2 June 2016, for Lloyds Bank plc U.S.$300,000,000 Zero Coupon Callable Notes due 2046 (the "Notes") issued pursuant to the base prospectus dated 17 May 2016 (the "Prospectus") in connection with the Global Medium Term Note Programme of Lloyds Bank plc and Lloyds Banking Group plc.

The Final Terms for the Notes contain the final terms of the Notes. The Final Terms of the Notes must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus, which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Directive (Directive 2003/71/EC), as amended.
