Amended and Restated Final Terms dated 9 November 2016 (the "Amended and Restated Final Terms") relating to the EUR 100,000,000 Floating Rate Dual Range Accrual Notes due July 2030 of Lloyds Bank plc issued on 6 July 2015 under the Global Medium Term Note Programme of Lloyds Bank plc and Lloyds Banking Group plc.
