NOTICE FOR THE CANCELLATION OF COVERED BONDS AND NOTICE TO DELIST THE COVERED BONDS ISSUED BY LLOYDS BANK PLC

(the Series 2018-5 Covered Bonds)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 26 October 2022 the Issuer cancelled in full the Series 2018-5 Covered Bonds issued pursuant to the Lloyds Bank plc EUR60billion Global Covered Bond Programme.

Following the full and final redemption of the Series 2018-5 Covered Bonds the Issuer intends to cancel the listing of the Series 2018-5 Covered Bonds on the Official List maintained by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Issuer's admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc of the Series 2018-5 Covered Bonds with effect on 26 October 2022.

Terms used but not defined in this notice bear the same meaning as set out in the master definitions and construction schedule made between (among others) the Issuer and the Bond Trustee dated 20 October 2008, as amended and restated on 11 January 2010, 8 November 2010, 20 April 2012, 7 June 2013, 17 April 2018, 8 May 2019, 18 May 2020 and 2 July 2021 (as the same may be amended, varied, supplemented, replaced and/or novated from time to time).
