Pug I'm newly invested so my av is right on the money however from a TA perspective the share price could drop further news is overdue the sooner it comes the better !.its the rns on the 27th you need to pay attention to.they need to back the statement of a positive second half to the year and this should see sentiment return and a reversal of the downturn.there has also quite clearly been a seller which has driven share price down.hopefully finished or could hinder any share price recovery.lets have this rns tomorrow preferably.

Source House Brokers(HB) Note of 27th Jan 2015 . When (imo) the house broker turns negative it is worth while taking notice as they usually wear RTG (rose tinted glasses) They are predicting profits for 2015 but as the HB this is probably to be expected also the HB guide price is usually predicated (as I have learned as a result of my empty pockets in the past, on all going to or exceeding plan !!)

Has this helped ? I am not saying that the share price will not recover but not one (imo) for the postulated widows and orphans. - I wish you luck with your investment - I assume you are invested here?

Pug ugly please print the text and figures where they say that ???.house broker has a guide price of 1.5 and the 17th Jan rns states first half loss turning to second half profit I say again is that not a positive sign of a big turnaround !.

House broker is predicting a LOSS for the year - OK revenue has improved but the HOUSE BROKER is still predicting a significant LOSS - What do you not understand.

Pug ugly January 27th rns spells it out quite clearly what to expect does it not ?.The points I've highlighted are there in black and white revs up 172% !....We all know about first half loss.anticipates positive ebitda of over £2mil for second half.thats some turn around is it not ?.

familyguy01: That was the house brokers note predicting a loss - not me - May I sugest you have another look at it.

Also as you appear to follow closely perhaps you are in a prosition to advise on the quantum of the convertible loan notes and maximum and minimum of the earn out consideratins.

Pug ugly no good cherry picking the negatives from your research !.The update on the 27th clearly states they expect revs up 172% and anticipate reporting positive ebitda of over 2mil in the second half against a first half ebitda loss.lets have the rns and find out.

Yes, it's all very faustrating!'what to do? You can't help thinking that not so good news is about to be released and that the share price is being managed down. Will give it a couple of more days. See how it goes

Initial impression

-POSITIVE Nice concept - growing revenue stream - gross margins attractive.

-NEGATIVE. Broker note of 27th January predicting a LOSS for 2015 of £half a million before a further £0.25m acquisition and restructuring costs so a loss for the year of 3/4 million

Significant amount of convertible loan notes outstanding with a very high coupon -

Potential significant earn out dilution and also a significant number (still a lot of digging to do) to determine how many shares will be a potential overhang once the lock up period has expired.

Anyone know when the accounts will be published - Probably in one of the rns's but have not been able to find.

Conclusion: Keep my fingers away from the buy button for the moment.

Thoughts comments etc gratefully received.

It's a defining moment the results release and forecast etc

If it's going to break upwards and make it worth our participation in holding shares

I don't see the two big players NIgel and ? Selling as yet not saying they know what we don't know but there is substantial investment there even for credited large stock pikers like they are money isn't there to be wasted

But the wait for clarification is painful and I guess it's not before Monday at least

I'm still holding but have sold quite a lot of what I had

Has anyone any comments re the results expected ..

I cannot add anything was expecting released results so is to be viewed as a issue behind the scenes meltdown. Or deals being sorted and tied to results release

A.i.m it is and this could go either way it's a dice roll and makes me a tad nervous

Focuses on sound oil. Dekeloil at moment but watching this oh so closely
