Rule 2.10 Announcement - Relevant Securities in Issue 
 
 
Further to the announcement made by the Company on 15 January 2010 regarding the 
conversion of GBP 743,700 of 10% Secured Convertible Loan Stock and the 
subsequent admission to trading on AIM today of 2,479,000 new ordinary 
shares; the Company, in accordance with Rule 2.10 of the City Code on Takeovers 
and Mergers, confirms that it currently has in issue 8,863,326 ordinary shares 
of 10p each, (no shares are held in treasury) admitted to trading on AIM, a 
market operated by the London Stock Exchange Plc. 
 
 
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the 
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their 
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure 
and Transparency Rules or the City Code. 
 
 
The Company also has GBP 1,757,500 10 per cent. Convertible Secured Loan Stock 
2008, remaining in issue.
