Conversion of Loan Stock 
 
 
The Board of LitComp, a provider of After the Event Insurance and a national 
supplier of medico-legal reports, announces that certain shareholders have 
converted their holding of GBP743,700 of 10% Secured Convertible Loan Stock into 
2,479,000 new Ordinary Shares of 10p each ("New Ordinary Shares"), which 
converted at a price of 30p per share. 
 
 
Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading 
on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 21 January 2010. This increases 
LitComp's issued share capital from 6,384,121 to 8,863,121 representing 
approximately 27.97 per cent. of the enlarged issued share capital.
