Cancellation of admission to trading on AIM 
 
 
Following the announcement earlier today of the Offer for LitComp by Torridon 
Capital Limited being declared wholly unconditional, the Company can confirm 
that it has made application to the London Stock Exchange to cancel the 
admission to trading on AIM of LitComp Shares and Loan Notes with effect from 
7.00am on 9 February 2010. Accordingly the last day of dealings in LitComp 
Shares will be 8 February 2010. 
 
 
The cancellation of the admission to trading of LitComp Shares and Loan Notes on 
AIM will significantly reduce the liquidity and marketability of any LitComp 
Shares or Loan Notes held by persons who have not accepted the Offer at that 
time and LitComp Shareholders and Loan Note holders should be aware that there 
may be no future market for LitComp Shareholders and Loan Note holders to 
realise their investment in LitComp. 
 
 
Following the delisting and the cancellation of admission to trading of LitComp 
Shares and Loan Notes on AIM, LitComp will be re-registered as a private limited 
company under the provisions of sections 97-101 of the Companies Act 2006.
