New Joint Venture

Longhurst Group, parent company of Libra (Longhurst Group) Treasury plc, is pleased to announce the incorporation of Evera Homes LLP, a joint venture between, Longhurst Group, through its subsidiary Keystone Developments (LG) Limited, and three other housing associations, Cross Keys Homes, Hyde Housing and Flagship Homes, each with a 25% share in the partnership.

The four housing associations, including Keystone, will be investing equally into Evera Homes in order to develop and increase the supply of social and other tenure housing, to address the housing needs of families within the Cambridgeshire area.
