Highlights include:

   -     Percentage of Portfolio secured by first-ranking legal charge: 100% 
   -     Weighted average LTV ratio of the Portfolio: 67% 
   -     Interest coverage ratio: 194% 
   -     Location of property outside Greater London (given as a percentage of the Portfolio): 60%
