Amended and Restated Final Terms relating to the issuance of GBP60,000,000 6.5 per cent. Notes due 2027 issued by LendInvest Secured Income II plc under its GBP1,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme with the benefit of a partial 20% guarantee by LendInvest plc.
