                                  Board changes 
 
 
 
The Company announces that Colin Eastaugh, Chairman, has regretfully resigned 
due to a sudden deterioration in his health.  Neil Craven, an existing non 
executive director, has been appointed Chairman. 
 
Further to the announcement of 21 May 2010, the Company is continuing 
discussions with potential providers of additional funding.  The Board has 
received several indications of interest in the assets and operating businesses 
of the Company and will update shareholders as soon as is feasible.
