Just looking at barx,(please correct if wrong)

There are now still only 360mill shares issued.The massive premium complete suprise but only 12.5 million placed,presumably oversucribed! Significantly 211million shares held by notifiers and directors! .Also earlier in the year,directors exercised options for millions of shares @ 1.63p.
More to this than meets the eye. Going to keep £1K worth and try and pick a few more up even cheaper if poss.
Well done those who made a quick profit!

I think it was April 2010, OHM was trading at 6p and they announced a 20p placing, stock went to 14p but then subsequently trailed back to 6p and below

yes people said the same about ohm when they issued shares at a 200% premium

must be a bigger story here if the placees are willing to pay 2p .They clearly think the company is worth more.Who are we to disagree @ well below 2p! Seems like a bit of a gift horse.
