PP-you are a disgrace
I`ve just noticed that you have shut down the LEAD thread presumably because you have had to bail out at a loss(join the club). What about all the other posters still in?do you have no thoughts for anybody but yourself?
Disgraceful imo

He sucked people in on the LEAD BB
with his inane "Is the buyer buying or the seller selling" nonsense what is sad people actually went along with it! and they joined in too! lol I wonder if he will go along and delete all his headers info like he did on SEO when it went pear shapped. Even in these markets his picks have gone beyond the cliff edge and sunk in the sea.

however i think he will resurface under another Handle

Can't see it as a buy right now, Feb. It looks to be going lower and nothing in the recent statement convinces me they'll make above 4p eps next year. They might, but I'd have thought there's at least as good a chance they'll make less.

Looks like they'll make a big bath of the 2007 results PP's right on that, but I take his almost blind belief that they'll push significant monies from 07 to 08 with a pinch of salt. Certainly that'll be the view the market takes.

Any ideas about the status of the dividend? If it's maintained at 2007 levels the yield should be looking pretty good.

Though personally I sold out in the early 40s in November. Lost a fair amount of money, but given the current markets, I probably would has lost it on something else if hadn't held LEAD.

I think sentiment on this share is going to be very poor for the next six months, though for anyone who can look beyond the Summer now might be a good time to buy.

Yes papal,
you're always wise after the event aren't you. Like you were at SEO when you were pumping that & all the rest that have subsequently gone down the tubes.

Its the pompous way that you promote yourself as some kind of guru that winds people up, you clearly haven't got a clue what you're talking about.

Well four months ago i would have strongly disagreed with you but have been proved wrong.A p/e of 10 is the maximum you should expect here now and until some figures for 2008 are known(at least 2 quarters)5-7 is much more likely.

The problem is the LEAD management's credibility is shot. They will have to prove themselves all over again. 25p-30p may be a reasonable price target but Id need a big discount to that before Id consider buying because the risk is they warn yet again. There is much better value elsewhere and Ive been saying this for 12 months.

WHAT!!
Where does it say all Ytelcom profits and rev are being moved into 2008.I think the word missing is `certain`.That could be any figure(including a negative one)you care to mention.
Given the collapse in margins in H2 ,basing figures on 10%,in any quarter,is just living in cloud cuckoo land.I think 6% is much nearer an accurate figure, and even this may be too generous.
I`ll go for an eps of 3p in 2008 leaving fair value(once it has been acheived) at 25-30p

Getting on for $4m needed for every penny eps, PP. Handy, maybe, but there won't be enough to mask a poor performance.

That 4.5p eps for 08 looks a lot nearer the likely result than your 8p, PP. Any comment?

Leadcom Integrated Solutions "hold," target price reduced
5:08a.m. - Panmure Gordon & Co
LONDON, February 6 (newratings.com) - Analyst Nick James of Panmure Gordon maintains his "hold" rating on Leadcom Integrated Solutions (LMM), while reducing his estimates for the company. The target price has been reduced from 51p to 36p.

In a research note published this morning, the analyst mentions that the company has issued a profit warning for 4Q, indicating that profits might be below expectations. The profit warning is likely on account of weak internal reporting, related to a key project in Gabon, low margins at CALA and timing of revenue recognition associated with a large African contract, the analyst says. Extraordinary costs associated with the discontinuance of Leadcom Integrated Solutions' Nokia business at CALA are likely to be significantly above expectations, Panmure Gordon adds. The EPS estimates for 2007 and 2008 have been reduced from 8.86¢ to 4.74¢ and from 11.09¢ to 9.01¢, respectively.

End of the day markets look forward, and by May everything from 2007 will be past history, and all focus will be on 2008 results for Q1, H1, Q3, FY and nobody will give a monkies about 2007.

This is of course nonsense. It will take several years for Leadcom to be trusted again by institutional investors and probably many PIs.
