Holdings in Company
The Company was informed on 17 October 2008 that, as of 16 October 2008, Resourceworks plc sold its entire holding of 43,750,000
ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), which represents 16.23 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company,
to Clos de Mesnil Limited.
Following this sale, Jonathan Rowland, a non-executive director of the Company no longer has an interest in the issued share capital of
the Company, save for his discretionary beneficial interest in a trust which has an interest in Clos de Mesnil Limited.
