Completion of Share Placement
Latin Resources Limited ('Latin' or 'the Company') is pleased to announce that it has received firm commitments from Sophisticated and Professional Investors to subscribe for 11,428,574 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company at $0.07 per share raising a total of $800,000.18 (before costs).
Each new share issued will come with one free attaching option exercisable at $0.20 each on or before 26 October 2014, subject to shareholder approval.
The allotment and quotation of the new shares is expected to be done on or before 2 August 2013.
No related parties or associates of related parties of the Company participated in the Placement.
The funds raised from the Placement will be used to progress the Company's projects in Peru and for working capital purposes.
