29/11/2004 12:24 | Thanks for the warning fusebox. I may have to re-think strategy. Afterall all of you can't be wrong! At leat I can grab a penny to cover my stamp. I'm off for the day now so goodbye until tomorrow one and all | imbigred
29/11/2004 12:17 | They have probably got a contact in the Mail to create a rumour. Its all a scam. | fusebox
29/11/2004 12:15 | Berkley Wyatt web site is www.basset.com the tel number is 0845 230 4554 The are not regulated by the FSA and consequently "pump" from Marbella. Dont fall for the gag leaving your tell no if you dont want there sales people contacting you. imibigreg...so you say why the volume...its obvious isnt it...the stock is being pumped day after day. Not everyone will fall for it consquently eratic volume day to day. They will probably be at it today refering to the mention in the Mail sat. Its obvious what they are up to...only fools would buy stock in a cash shell with no history of profitability and keep hold. | fusebox
29/11/2004 12:01 | In fact can I ask what is this all about MArbella brokers. Is it some sort of scam? Have they done this before on a stock? Any examples and further info on this scam would help. | imbigred
29/11/2004 11:59 | I beleive what I said was that I have heard a rumour. The last time I checked the FSA rules and regs, a rumour from a 3rd party was not covered as insider dealing. Otherwise every bb in UK would be closed. Beleive what you like. I did not join ADVFN to tell you about this and can confirm I have been a memeber from sometime. As for coming from Marbella lol. Now can we be serious for minute. For those of you who are regular watchers of this stock, any explanation as to why there is such a significant increase in volume on this stock today? | imbigred
29/11/2004 11:56 | Exactly...this stock is a pump and dump nothing else...i wonder whether somne of these rampers are in fact from Marbella ! It would not surprise me one bit. They would not be allowed to pump this stock up and do this in the UK the FSA would be onto them fast. Keep out of this co...you are making money for the mms the brokers, the direstors and the pump and dump outfit Berkley Wyatt. | fusebox
29/11/2004 11:47 | So you have joined ADVFN to tell us you are trading a stock on which you have inside info. Ie, you know the company is going to make an announcement in the next couple of weeks! I assume you must be in a place that doesnt come under FSA rules, like Marbella for instance? | pomp circumstance
29/11/2004 11:34 | Firstly have never posted before so lets get that straight from the start. Rumour going round that an announcement is in the offing. Cannot say what announcement will be but beleive it will be good and will be either this week or next. FYI I am in at 12 and have watched them go down and back up again. | imbigred
29/11/2004 11:04 | sold out with profit today | j4y
29/11/2004 10:55 | At last the sensible investors startin to listen...glad you got out pomp. Who knows what will happen in the short term but one thing for sure its a pump and dump. Sooner or later this stocks going to sink big time. Fundamentals almops non existent. | fusebox
29/11/2004 09:20 | You have sold Pomp ? Well done.Beat them at there own game. The Marbella brokers make out they only have a certain amount of shares to try and entice you into buying.Watch the broker sell loads of these shares soon. I suggest you all sell now....as in the next hour. | hotfinance14
29/11/2004 08:51 | ROTFLMAO!! had my 50k from 10.75 and closed em at 13.75 pays for part of the spricng hols in barbados!! Byeee!! | pomp circumstance

29/11/2004 08:12 | If you have this stock sell now before the collapse.Zagy is correct. | hotfinance14
29/11/2004 08:06 | ASs fast as it goes up as fast as it will go down. Investors are playing a very risky gam with this one. They are getting nothing for there money. | fusebox
29/11/2004 07:22 | Notice how most of them have never started a thread on here. Shame you can search on all posts on a poster, I wouldnt be suprised to see theyve never posted on anything else! | pomp circumstance
29/11/2004 06:52 | I was thinking exactly the same thing PC | j4y
29/11/2004 06:50 | Looks like theres some punters on here looking to pick up some cheap stock after they missed out on the placing!! | pomp circumstance
28/11/2004 22:25 | It might get dumped, but not until it hits at least 20p. | j4y
28/11/2004 22:06 | So they go on the market at 5p with no history of turnover and profits and no forecasts because the co is a cash shell. Foolish investors start buying at double the issue price. Not very clever at all. Anybody that has already bought should sell quick before they get trapped and cant get out. | moneyfinder
28/11/2004 22:00 | Dont look good whichever way you look at this Mr Spec. | moneyfinder
28/11/2004 21:17 | Fusey Crest arnt keen either The Shares will not themselves be admitted to CREST; rather the Company has arranged for Capita IRG Trustees Limited (the "Issuer") to issue depositary interests in respect of the underlying Shares (the "Depositary Interests"). These Depositary Interests may be held and transferred within CREST. The Depositary Interests will be created and issued pursuant to a Deed Poll executed by the Issuer under English law, copies of which are available from it, and the provisions of the Deed Poll are expressed to bind all holders, future and present. | spectrum7
28/11/2004 21:10 | All this stinks. This Marbella outfit contacted me as a holder of EKT. They tried to convince me they were a good buy. I did a bit of research and looked at the first days trades. Two lots of 3 million shares go through the market and on the day in question foolish buyers are paying double the placing price. Thats a pump and dump. The co does not deserve a double premium when the co has no history of profitability nor forecasts. Some shareholders are going to get badly burnt here. All they are getting is a cash shell with just over a million quid and the directors going to milk that. Bad news from my standpoint. | moneyfinder |
