(in its capacity as the Obligor of Kuwait Projects Company Sukuk Limited), announced that on Tuesday, 23 April 2024, it held its Ordinary Annual General Assembly Meeting and the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting, and all the agenda items of both the meetings were duly approved by the shareholders. The shareholders approved the Board of Directors recommendation for not distributing dividends to the shareholders for the financial year ended 31 Dec 2023.
