How would you feel new buyers like Bargain paying 10p+ only for there to be a placing next week at 7-8p levels?

This is in effect an Investment Trust

investing in private unlisted start-up companies

the normal discount to NAV would suggest a share price of sub 4p so it will ALWAYS be in BoD interest to dilute whilst the share price is over-inflated

This is exactly what you would expect to happen. First cash raised at 5p and now 60% higher at 8p.This is how Dattels and Mellon operate .Looking good in my opinion.

Long been filtered by most serious investors. Always appears after a price drop with incoherent drivel. Best avoided. Should be a succession of RNS's now with how the proceeds will be invested.

Stigologist I suggest you stick to ramping OXS - which I wouldn't touch with a bargepole - but I don't camp out on the OXS thread stating my negative opinions about it.
