Result of Annual General Meeting
KDD Group confirms that at its Annual General Meeting, held yesterday, all resolutions were duly approved at the AGM, with the exception of Resolution 7 - Project "Sky Towers", which, at the request of the Group, was withdrawn from the agenda and was therefore not voted upon. The decision to withdraw this resolution was reached, in accordance with Dutch law, in light of the ongoing negotiations between KDD Group and potential funders of the Sky Towers project which have not been finalised ahead of the AGM, as had previously been envisaged. These negotiations remain ongoing and, as previously announced by the Group, construction at the Sky Towers project is progressing and further updates will be made in due course.
