JUST RETIREMENT (HOLDINGS) PLC
("JUST RETIREMENT" OR THE "COMPANY")
DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING
The Company announces that on 17 September 2009 it was informed that on 7
November 2008 Clifton Melvin, a non-executive director of the Company, acquired
369 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company at a price of 67.85p per share.
The shares were acquired under the scrip dividend option made available in
connection with the final dividend for the financial year ended 30 June 2008,
which was declared at the Company's annual general meeting held on 24 October
2008. Following the acquisition, Clifton Melvin's beneficial interest in Just
Retirement is 240,874 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.08% of the
Company's issued share capital.
