                           Just Car Clinics Group plc 
                    Acquisition of Site in Keighley Yorkshire 
 
Just Car Clinics Group plc ("the Group" or "Just Car Clinics"), announces the 
acquisition of the business and assets of a car accident repair business in 
Keighley, Yorkshire (the "Business"). 
The Business, which employs 19 team members, operates from a 10,000 square foot 
facility which will be occupied under a 15 year lease. 
The Business has been acquired for a total cash consideration of approximately 
GBP50,000 representing plant and equipment, goodwill, stock and work in 
progress. 
This acquisition continues Just Car Clinics' strategy of expanding its network 
of facilities by acquisition where stringent criteria are achieved and the Group 
now operates from a network of 26 locations throughout England. 
The acquired Business will undergo a period of development, training and 
integration and will adopt Just Car Clinics' operating procedures, core values 
and brand identity. The integration process will focus on ensuring high levels 
of customer service and minimum disruption. 
Commenting on the acquisition Chief Executive Barry Whittles said:  "The 
addition of the new Keighley site, which was supported by key corporate clients, 
continues our strategy of growing our repair network whilst remaining focused on 
delivering excellent service and local care to all our customers on a consistent 
basis."
