Jumpit ASA ("Jumpit" or the "Company")

The Board of Jumpit has today received an offer from Springfield AS for the
entire issued share capital of the Company at a price of NOK 0.05 (approximately
0.45 pence) per share (the "Offer Price").

Springfield AS's offer states that they reserve the right to withdraw the offer
if the offer is not accepted by shareholders representing 50.1% of the issued
share capital of the Company.

The Chairman of the Board, Christian Borchgrevink and Board Member, Petter
Sorlie who have combined holdings, directly and indirectly, of shares
representing 20.8% of the issued share capital have agreed to sell their shares
at the Offer Price on the condition that 50.1% of the issued share capital is
acquired by Springfield AS.

The offer is governed by Norwegian law and practice. The Board understands that
documentation will be sent to shareholders in due course setting out the terms
of, and other details of, the offer.

The Board will revert to shareholders as soon as possible with a recommendation;
in the meantime it advises shareholders to take no action.

Springfield AS is an investment company and majority owner of IT-Venture AS
which is the holding company for three companies in the mobile content and
applications industry, Pinjata AS, Telelink SA and 3g3Mobile AS.
