Further re placing


Further to the announcement of 2 January 2008 the Company announces that it has
received all funds and issued all shares pursuant to the recent placing.

As announced on 14 December 2007, the Company is issuing a total of 50,000,000
new ordinary shares at a price of NOK 0.05 per share (approximately 0.45p) (the
"Placing Shares") (the "Placing").  The Placing has raised a total of NOK
2,500,000 (approximately £225,000).

The Company has today made application for the admission of the Placing Shares
to trading on AIM.  Admission is expected to take place on 11 February 2008.

Substantial shareholdings and directors holdings resulting from the Placing are
as follows:
