                    Further re. Directorate Changes


The Board of Jumpit ASA ('Jumpit') makes the following disclosures further to
the announcement made on 11 June 2007 which referred to the appointments of
Karin Juel Teige and Sissel Edvardsen to the Board.

Sissel Edvardsen (aged 57) and Karin Juel Teige (aged 62) have been appointed as
non-executive directors of Jumpit.

Sissel Edvardsen, who holds a BA in public relations, was Head of Information at
the Royal Norwegian Ministry of Petroleum and Energy from 1998 until her
appointment to the board of Jumpit. Previously she worked in similar roles at
the Norwegian Wine Monopoly Arcus and the Data Protection Directorate. Between
1971 and 1994, Ms Edvardsen held a range of communications and marketing roles
for IBM Norway and IBM Europe.

Karin Teige has joined Jumpit from Manpower AS, a human resources company, where
she most recently held the position of Sales and Account Manager. Previously, Ms
Teige worked for IBM for 26 years and has extensive management and sales
experience. She sits on the boards of the Norwegian PR Association and Asker
Business Council.

There are no further disclosures as required under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM
rules.
