Result of EGM

JSM Indochina Ltd. (AIM:JSM.L) held an Extraordinary General Meeting earlier today at the offices of Maples Secretaries (Cayman) Limited, 4th Floor, Boundary Hall, Cricket Square, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands (the "EGM").

Three resolutions were put to shareholders -

   1.   a special resolution to cancel the admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM; 

2. a special resolution to place the Company into voluntary liquidation, to appoint the Joint Liquidators and ancillary matters; and

3. an ordinary resolution (conditional on the passing of resolutions 1 and 2) to approve the payment of the Distribution.

The three resolutions were duly passed on a show of hands.
