JSC Bank CenterCredit (the "Issuer") hereby gives notice to holders of the outstanding Notes that the Extraordinary Resolution set out in the Notice of Adjourned Meeting dated 17 October 2016 was duly passed at the adjourned meeting of Noteholders held on 1 November 2016.

Accordingly, the replacement of the Trustee, the appointment of the Principal Paying and Transfer Agent and the Registrar and the modifications referred to in the Extraordinary Resolution have been implemented with effect on and from 1 November 2016.

The details of the replacement Trustee, Principal Paying and Transfer Agent and the Registrar are set out below.
