Resignation of Nominated Adviser and Broker

The Board of JQW announces that, as a result of the uncertainty surrounding the Company's trading operations in the light of the continuing suspension of the Company's B2B website by the Administration of Industry and Commerce, Cairn Financial Advisers LLP has resigned as Nominated Adviser and Broker to the Company with immediate effect.

The Company's shares will be suspended from trading on AIM at 7:30a.m. In accordance with AIM Rule 1, if the Company fails to appoint a replacement nominated adviser within one month of the date of suspension, admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled.
