JPMORGAN FLEMING MANAGED INCOME PLC
The Board of JPMorgan Fleming Managed Income plc is pleased to announce that at
the EGM held yesterday, both the Extraordinary and Special Resolutions were
passed, thereby approving proposals for the reconstruction and winding-up of the
Company. A second EGM of the Company will be held on 14th January 2004 to
confirm the liquidation of the Company. Full details of the proposals were set
out in the shareholder circular dated 28th November 2003.
