                             Director Shareholding


The Company has today been informed that Simon Abell, the son of Mr J D Abell
(the Chairman of the Company), purchased 1,000 ordinary shares in the capital of
the Company on 29 June 2007 at 275 pence per share and 2,500 ordinary shares in
the capital of the Company on 3 July 2007 at a price of 274 pence per share.

Mr J D Abell currently holds 901,500 ordinary shares in the Company,
representing 26.51% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Mr J D Abell is deemed by the Panel on Takeovers and Mergers to be acting in
concert with certain members of his family. Members of the deemed concert party,
including Mr J D Abell (together "the Abell Concert Party") now own in aggregate
a total of 991,500 ordinary shares (representing approximately 29.16 per cent.
of the current issued ordinary share capital).
