                                Management Change 
 
Jetion Solar Holdings Limited (AIM:JHL), the manufacturer of high quality solar 
cells and modules, announces the resignation of Mr. Eric Chan as Executive 
Director and Chief Financial Officer of Jetion Solar with effect from 31 October 
2010.  Mr. Chan leaves Jetion Solar for family reasons. The Board thanks Mr. 
Chan for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his future 
endeavours. 
 
The Board further announces that Ms. Lei Zhang is appointed as Deputy Chief 
Financial Officer with effect from 1 October 2010.  Ms. Zhang has been with the 
Group since November 2007.  She has significant experience in accounting and 
corporate governance in China. Before joining the Group, she was a founding 
partner of Wuxi Zhongtianheng C.P.A. Partnership, an accountancy firm in China. 
She is a PRC-qualified accountant and holds various professional qualifications. 
The Board is delighted to appoint Ms. Zhang as a senior management officer of 
Jetion Solar.
