                                  Board Change 
 
Jetion Solar Holdings Limited (AIM:JHL), the manufacturer of high quality solar 
cells and modules, announces that Gabriel Kow, Non-Executive Chairman, has given 
notice of his resignation to the Board. He will be leaving the company on 30 
November 2010 to take up an executive role in a company to which he is currently 
a consultant. 
 
Mr. Kow has been on the Board since the Company's admission to AIM in July 2007 
and the Board thanks him for his contribution to the Company. The Board wishes 
him well in his future endeavours. The process to find Mr. Kow's successor has 
begun and a further announcement will be made at the appropriate time. 
 
The Board is pleased to report that, despite the difficult trading conditions 
referred to in the Company's interim results statement, the Board remains 
confident of meeting market expectations for the full year.
