Jelf continues on acquisition trail Corporate consultancy the Jelf Group, has announced the acquisition of Shropshire-based insurance brokers, Hern Waters. The Ludlow-based business was established in 1972 and offers a general insurance and financial planning service to a range of local and regional clients. The existing Hern Waters team will be joined by additional staff to expand the business. Jelf group was founded in 1989 to provide a one-stop shop for corporate clients. It consists of five principle businesses: Jelf Corporate Healthcare, Jelf Insurance Brokers, Goss and Co Insurance Brokers and Financial Services and Jelf Financial Planning.
