Stem Cell Assurance Now Trading on Pink Sheets Under Ticker TRXX 


BOCA RATON, FL, April 24  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Stem Cell Assurance (The Company) (Other OTC:TRXX.PK ) today announced that the Company has completed its merger with TRXX, Inc. and is now trading on the Pink Sheets under ticker symbol "TRXX." The merger was completed in a 302M restricted stock transaction on 17th April, 2009. Reorganization is now complete, the previous Pink Sheets filings brought up to date and the management of TRXX, Inc. has resigned. Gloria McConnell, the President of Stem Cell Assurance, will assume control of the Company along with the Stem Cell Assurance board of directors.
