Response to announcement from Dolphin Capital
Itacaré Capital Investments Limited, a real estate investment company focused on high-end residential resorts in Brazil, notes the announcement issued by Dolphin Capital Investors Limited this morning.
The Group has outlined the reasons behind its proposed delisting from AIM in the announcement issued on 14 April 2014. The delisting is conditional upon the consent of not less than 75 per cent. of votes cast by shareholders in a democratic process at a General Meeting on 6 May 2014.
