The Board of Interior Services Group plc ("the Company") announces that Steve 
Trotter, who retired from his full time role as Managing Director of ISG 
InteriorExterior plc, a subsidiary of the Company, in December 2008, has today 
retired from his role as a director of the Company. 
 
 
Steve will continue to provide a supporting role to the business on a part time 
basis. The Board would like to thank Steve for his contribution to the group 
over the past 12 years.
