IRF European Finance Investments Ltd will hold its annual general meeting on Friday 30 March 2018 at the offices of Estera Services (Bermuda) Limited, Canon's Court, 22 Victoria Street, Hamilton HM 12, Bermuda at 10am Bermuda time.

The following documents are being posted on 6 March 2018 to its shareholders.
