The reverse takeover sees 1Spatial take control of the business which has effectively been a cash shell since it sold its assets in February and conducted a small fund raising in April. The deal gives IQ Holdings a new business strategy, a portfolio of products and an existing client base which includes Ordnance Survey, Environment Agency, Cable and Wireless, Royal Air Force, and The Scottish Government.
