                         Adjournment of Special Meeting

Invu Inc. (the "Company") announces that its Special Meeting, to be held at 
4.15 p.m. on Wednesday 5 December 2007, has been adjourned until 4.15 p.m. on
Thursday 6 December 2007. The adjourned meeting will take place at the Company's
offices, as before, at The Beren, Blisworth Hill Farm, Stoke Road, Blisworth,
Northamptonshire, NN7 3BD.

Proxies submitted to date remain valid in all respects.
