ADDITIONAL LISTING


INVU, Inc. ("the Company"), the document management software provider, announces
that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission 
to trading on AIM of 1,704,807 new common shares (of no par value) in the share
capital of the Company ("Shares"), pursuant to the exercise of options at
10.375p per Share. The new Shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing
Shares and will be subject to the same Regulation S transfer restrictions as the
shares issued by the Company in January 2004, at the time of the admission of
its shares to trading on AIM, and the further issue of shares in November 2004
and June 2007, and dealings are expected to commence on 22 November 2007.

Certain of the Shares comprise holdings by Directors of the Company, as 
follows:

Notes

(1) David Morgan is among the potential beneficiaries of an Isle of Man
discretionary trust. The trustee of the discretionary trust is Cayman National
Bank and Trust Company (Isle of Man) Limited whose nominee, Cayman National
Nominees Limited, is the registered holder of 18,954,252 Ordinary Shares, being
the entire issued share capital of the Company as at 1 November 2007. The
percentage of David Morgan's beneficial interest in the assets of the
discretionary trust has not been determined.


Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, INVU, Inc. 
("the Company") notifies the following:

As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consists
of 115,367,067 shares of common shares of nil par value, with voting rights
("Shares"), of which 84,980,528 Shares are trading under the ticker NVUK, the
"Reg S restricted" line, and 30,386,539 Shares are trading under the ticker NVU,
the "unrestricted" line. The Company does not hold any Shares in Treasury.

Therefore the total number of Shares in the Company with voting rights is
115,367,067.

The above figure of 115,367,067 Shares may be used by shareholders in the
Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if
they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in,
the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules or other applicable rules.
