American Stock Exchange to Trade Options on Novatel Wireless,
Inc.
NEW YORK, April 30 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R))
will launch trading in options on Monday, May 3, 2004 on the Nasdaq Stock
Market listed stock of Novatel Wireless, Inc. (Option Symbol: NVU/Stock Symbol:
NVTL).
Novatel Wireless, Inc. will open with strike prices of 12-1/2 - 15 - 17-1/2 and
position limits of 6,000,000 shares. The options will trade on the March
expiration cycle with initial expirations in May, June, September and December.
The specialist will be AGS Specialists, LLC.
Novatel Wireless, Inc. provides wireless data communications access solutions.
The Company provides wireless data modems and software for use with handheld
computing devices and portable personal electronics. Novatel also offers
provisioning, activation and systems integration services to its customers to
facilitate use of its products.
