SUSPENSION OF LISTING ON THE MAIN MARKET OF THE LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE 
 
A Company circular to shareholders was posted on 6 April 2010 proposing the 
winding-up of the Company which shareholders may vote on at today's general 
meeting of the Company to be held at 11.00 a.m. on 30 April 2010. 
 
In view of the proposed vote, the Company announces that the primary listing on 
the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange of the ordinary shares of 0.01p 
each issued by the Company (ISIN number GB00BOGYJV95) be suspended from 7:30 
a.m. on 30 April 2010 until such time as a further announcement is made by the 
Company following the general meeting.
