At a general meeting of the Company held at 11.00 a.m. on 30 April 2010, 
shareholders passed the proposals to wind-up the Company. 
 
Following the wind-up of the Company, the Company now announces that the 
primary listing on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange of the ordinary 
shares of 0.01p each issued by the Company (ISIN number GB00BOGYJV95) be 
cancelled from 8:00 a.m. on 11 May 2010.
