SBERBANK (the Bank) 
 
 
The Bank has purchased the following loan participation notes issued by SB 
Capital S.A. under its U.S.$10,000,000,000 Programme for the issuance of Loan 
Participation Notes for the purpose of financing a loan to the Bank: 
 
 
ISIN XS0253322886 - maturity date May 15, 2013 - aggregate principal value of 
purchased notes U.S.$52,835,000; 
 
 
ISIN XS0372475292 - maturity date July 2, 2013 - aggregate principal value of 
purchased notes U.S.$70,628,000. 
 
 
The purchased notes may, in whole or in part, be held by the Bank for the 
purposes of resale or delivered to the Issuer for cancellation at some future 
date (with the underlying loan reduced accordingly), in each case as permitted 
under the terms and conditions of such notes. 
 
 
The trades have been made at market terms. 
 
 
The Bank may, from time to time, undertake any additional purchases of the above 
identified notes or any other notes issued by or relating to it, as it may 
decide in its absolute discretion depending on the market conditions prevailing 
at that time and in accordance with the terms and conditions of such notes.
