Annual Information Update for the 12 months up to and including March 31, 2009 
Pursuant to Article 10.1 of Directive 2003/71/EC (the "Prospectus Directive") as 
implemented in the United Kingdom by Prospectus Rule 5.2, JPMorgan Chase & Co. 
(the "Company") hereby publishes its Annual Information Update (the "Report") 
following the publication of the Company's Annual Report on Form 10-K for the 
year ended December 31, 2008 (the "2008 Form 10-K") as filed with the U.S. 
Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") on March 2, 2009.  This Report
