                          Notice of Exploration Report

Uruguay Mineral Exploration Inc ("the Company") hereby gives notice that it will
issue its Exploration Report for the fourth quarter ended 31 May 2008, on
Thursday, 17 July 2008.

The report will be issued at 07:00 UK time and the Company will host a
conference call for analysts and investors at 15:00 UK time on 17 July 2008.
Dial-in and replay details for the conference call will be available in the
Exploration Report.
